Lol nice! This is the best ABer you can get!

2009-08-31 19:10:17 - Abrosia MSAB Started.
2009-08-31 20:01:43 - Financing: Shop Till Withdraw Failed; do you have a shop?

Why does it do that? Can I turn the option off? And yes I have a shop :p
But no activity for almost an hour this session, and 2 hours at my last session.. grr
I am at Defense magic now, it'll be okay as long as I am only there for like 45 mins right?

Yeah, I just wished I'd discovered it sooner. x) Four years RSing the hard way!

And LOL. Do you have a shop? Nice. :p

Might be either an error, or the program has been logged out of your account. Does it do everything but withdraw from your till, like price and deposit/withdraw Neopoints?

That's quite the mysterious bug. :/ In debug tests, it doesn't even make a request to the shop so I dunno. I'll try and take a look at this again. Sorry, just bare with it! :p

No worries guys, I was just wondering about it. The program however, still "seems" active after I have that message (wait 8 seconds, etc. in status bar).

I've accidentally log Abrosia out sometimes, but it still runs like it is, but it gets the errors when it tries to do anything. (That being, price, empty the Till, Bank depositing and withdrawing) I just restart the program and re-login and it's fine.

I was consistently having the same issues with the AB. It seems to have worked itself out though. At the moment the only issues i'm having is that i'm not picking up enough items! I can't wait to get the full version. Maybe I'll get partial credit for landing on the front page of the pricing list? :p

Speaking of, how do I price things on the database?

No, as all you have to do is run the program to price items, and it isn't hard to end up on the front page, you just leave the program up for it to do so.

@above, see what I just said.

Niiiiiceeeee.... got an infinite loop going here...

Start
-Collect till
-Deposit at bank
-Price Shop
-Collect till
-Deposit at bank
-Collect till
-Deposit at bank

Been repeating those last two for about 15 minutes now ><

I stopped and started, and it was fine... but it still made me laugh

I got that, but it couldn't do much because my account was logged out as well, so I had a huge log of the same thing going for a half hour before I realized it.

That right there is your problem. Eight seconds is a long time to wait before you try and refresh again. While everyone else running on three seconds have twice as many chances on landing on the restock page (And buying items before you)

You don't know shit.

Magic bunnies :ninja:. Our database is fully automated. No one puts the numbers in. We use a secret algorithm to price items. It's a trade secret :p.

Dem crazy coders.

I'll say this much: it has to do with going to the shop wizard and looking up item prices :o.

We do that a bunch of times for each item and then store the data to the codex server. Every night, at 6 am PST, we crunch some numbers and information appears on our charts :o. The estimated price is constantly being updated as prices are sent in though since that estimated price is what autobuyers use to make decisions on what to buy so it needs to be constantly updated with the latest information.

I'm happy to mention also that we turn the entire database around every day! Great job everyone :D. Keep it up :D.

Items priced in the last 24 hours: 20,635 (99.24%)

Horaay for automation! Good thing someone doesn't have to manually price every single item every couple of days - that'll drive anyone mad xD

I doubt anybody has the patience or free time to manually price them, it would be hell.

I don't think I could keep it up for a long time, but I'd like to get a gander at that raw data

Plastic Tiki Toy severely needs to be repriced. I just bought 16 of them... The go for like 700-900 and theres a couple of people selling them for 99k which is throwing it off bad.

Yeah, we have plans to include some outlier detection in our algorithms so these random people don't screw up our pricing :p.

First, why didn't you post in the thread of said program.

Next, you have to make sure that you change the settings from "Do Nothing" to "Stock in Shop"
