TNT can, and will freeze you for no reason at any point in time. That's why it's often good to become a well known member of the site, so they have less reasons to be assholes. It would look kinda bad if one of the more popular users was suddenly and inexplicably frozen.

She was previously frozen with a perfectly legit account because she lended out avatar items to some of our err... not so legit members and was a known member of codex. If there's any suspect of you cheating in any manner, you will not get your account back, but I'm sure if you go that route they'll at least TELL you why you were frozen instead of just ignore you. Best of luck!

They appear to have not resolved 207 cases, though. I believe my advise might be bad

592 complaint(s) filed against business
Failure to respond to 207 complaint(s) filed against business
47 complaint(s) filed against business that were not resolved
Overall complaint history with BBB
Yeah.. good luck with that. ): They are pretty bad. I'm also pretty sure more complaints have been filed that that number, as it also states only 589 complaints were closed with the BBB
