I use the pomodoro technique (It's really hard for me to concentrate on some signatures for more than 15 minutes).

wow. Thanks for posting Cody (out of rep at the moment) :(

I'll keep that in mind for the rest of the week ;) Also. About the performance enhancing drugs...do those work? o.0 I never knew there were drugs for studying lol. Are they over the counter? How do I get my hands on some? *makes notes for gr 12*

Yeah, the *racetam family are the most common "performance enhancing drugs" out there. A quick google search for the term "nootropics" will yield more information about the topic of "smart drugs." I do have first hand experience with most of the *racetam family and with a few others. The only one that I found to actually do anything for me (other than cause side effects) was aniracetam. I generally take 1500mg about 1.5-2 hours before my exam and I just fly through it. It particularly enhances my ability to speak and find the precise and or creative language but also does incredible things for my memory. I usually take it in conjunction with a vinpocetine tablet. (I've heard vinpocetine helps with dysgraphia which I suffer from, so that's the real reason behind that... dunno how well it helps for dysgraphia, though. :p)

I usually get the 750mg capsules of aniracetam from smartpowders.com If you have any questions about nootropics, aniracetam, studying, or anything in general, shoot me a pm. PMs shoot me an email automatically which gets pushed to my phone... so if I'm not at work or busy, I'll be able to respond immediately. (That, and a lot of times I forget to check back in topics, so it's really the best way to reach me. :p)

    Anyways, best of luck!

Two things that have come to help me is to try and find a place where you can be comfortable studying and study there often. That way when you do go there you'll start to get in that mood to study where you concentrate and focus on the task at hand.

Another way to go about it would be take the material you are being tested over and try to explain it to a friend that knows nothing about the subject. I used this method the most when having to study for essay tests. Sadly none of my friends were that interested in managerial leadership so I just wound up talking to my cat for 2-3 hours a day.
