Decent artistic photographs of dogs. Do we know where they were taken? No clue.

If you're going all the way to France to photograph stuff the theme could have been more about France imo.....At least have the dogs look like they're in France (maybe take a picture of one near a famous landmark)

You need to work on your composition a little bit. Don't always try to center your photographs as it makes them typical and uninteresting. I consider what you're trying to do photojournalism, but in every shot, they really think about what they're doing with it.

Technically, no, but he picked the wrong country. France has incredibly strict laws about privacy. You may not publicize anything taken without permission and by publication, that means uploading it anywhere as well. By uploading it to places like deviantart or flickr, you are copyrighting the photo and making it public. There have been a lot of photographers who have had guards and the French police shut down their photoshoots (even just a tripod or a digital camera) even though taking the pictures themselves is not illegal.

Most people I'm sure would not object to his photographs, but obviously this guy did. Just be careful, frostz. I really don't know why you chose France. You'd have been much better off with another country xD Anywhere else in the western world (a few exceptions) and you could have kept that photo and had the law on your side.
