I almost never get anything from the mainshop.

The attic generates most of my revenue on a good day. Like some people have said you can have a good or a bad day.

You can buy more items if you make your own list, altho, like other members said, it also depends on the time

Haha indeed i just on my Abrosia for 3min and earned over 100k lol.

What's your connection speed like? For a lot of people that's the biggest deal problem with misses. The amount of items being restocked has risen because it's summer and people are more active now though, it could just be bad luck.

Ahhh now I see, might be my internet then. as in rare occasion when I got item, its always >3500ms.

I never knew the RS rate is proportional to the players online tho, are sure sure abt this?

Yea same for me, too bad there's not an option to disable Main shop and igloo and only AB at Antic

I heard that the more people clear the junks in the shop the faster the shop restocks.

I get lots of misses too 10 out of 12 miss that mean i miss 83% of the time LOL even i am using a very competitive settings ( @ 0.5-0.8 for pre haggler and OCR @ 0.6-0.9) but it depends on the shop.

P.S Which shop u ABing in??

I miss about 93% of the time lol @ default settings

Once in a while, I get tons of misses in a row.

It'll work out in the end.

Latency affects a lot. First thing is to check your ping.<br /><br />For me, I'm having &gt;200 ping so no matter what values I use, it will take me around 2000ms at least to get an item.

In that case, you're better off aiming for
1) good timings to RS
2) good shops to RS
3) lower profits

You're probably just having a bad day. You should consider switching to a shop that either refreshes more (such as Neopian Fresh Foods) or a shop with less competition and lowering your minimum profit. I mean seriously, even with a setting of minimum 2000 NP, its still profit! Once you're an advanced member, then should you go to the stores that have more competition.
