I AB around 5-10 hours a day when I remember and usually end every session with a ban, probably not the safest way to do it, but I kinda only do it for fun nowadays.
I AB alot usually until i'm banned.. I am addicted to doing it.. I love going to the PC and finding that I bought something expensive..

I got RS banned pretty fast recently any1 got the same problem?
Rise your wait times.
I've seen that if you beggin to restock manually or ABing right after you get unbanned, you tend to get bannd soon.
Sometimes you get banned for no logical reson (even with geat refresh intervals or soon after beggining to Rs/AB)
Either TNT has very twisted logarithms that go beyond our reason, or maybe they just do it random, the only thing we know is that the longer that you AB, and the faster you refresh, the sooner you tend to get banned.
Basically, the longer that you AB, the bigger your wait delay should be (so that you don't get banned)
(something like 6-8 seconds or 8-10 seconds is good for ABing more than 6 hours)
And the less time that you AB on a day, you could lower your wait delay (that way you can get more items)
(don't go lower than 3 seconds or you'd get banned really soon)
Obviously make your scheduler considering that a real restocker would want to break for a lunch, or maybe answer a call, and other natural basic needs.
But those small shops items are HTS..
Not really.
Some small shops are HTS.
The only shop that I know that is painfully HTS is plushies.
The rest of the small shops that I've abbd in are slightly ETS (if you price your items 15% - 30% lower than the rest they sell really soon).
