Seriously... I bought it for my 17th birthday and easily spent 4 or 5 hours playing it daily for about 3 months. It's so damn addicting, and playing online is really, really entertaining. You meet people, chat and go out to some land with beautiful landscaped in an attempt to find and take down huge dragons and monsters and stuff. Yup, it's great.

I would go with Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros Brawl. They are enjoyable, and fun to play. My little brothers spend hours playing these two games every day and never get bored with them.

Well Mario Kart will be coming with the Black Wii Console including the Wii Wheel and the Wii Remote and Nunchuck All for 130 bucks...
Plus i am thinking of either of these or a runefactory game or even pokemon or something
But Super Mario Galaxy (1&2) and LOZ: Twilight Princess will definetly be on my mind but here were we live they are still $98 brand new even the Zelda one and its been on the market for a fair while

No More Heroes!! Best game ever imo 
For the other four I'd go with what everyone else said (Monster hunter tri, Super Mario Galaxy, LOZ, SSBB)
Oh and I love the Lego games like Lego Star Wars, Lego Batman, Indianna Jones, HP, Pirates of the Carribean etc). Dunno if you're into that though

I have a limited supply of dollars lol so yeah but some lego games are ok i think i have star wars lego on my 3ds

I don't have the Wii but I had the original two on Gamecube.

Never played SMG, but both of them look really good.
LoZ isn't anything special. Don't get excited over it. It's your same old zelda game, only worse imo. In OoT and ALTTP after the first three dungeons the game picks up and you actually begin to have fun. In TP I couldn't get into the game. For the first four or so dungeons you have to find these stupid tears before you go into the dungeon and it's really annoying. I never even got passed that part as it's so repetitive. The wolf form isn't anything special either. It's kind of annoying, honestly.
If you like platformers then I definitely recommend Donkey Kong Country Returns and Super Mario Bros.
Not played Mario Kart yet, but I'd imagine it's the same as the others, so you can't really go wrong.
Brawl is really fun if you sit down and actually try to get good at it. Great party game. Mario Party 8 I'd imagine is just like the rest of them.
Never played Monster Hunter Tri, but I've only heard good things about it.
If you like sports games, NBA Jam. Not played it, but it's a remake of the original Jam for SNES, so it can't be bad. I know people who hate sports that were absolutely pumped for Jam.

Mario Kart. And play with the wheel, not the Gamecube controller. It's much more fun that way. =)

Crack it and download whichever game that you want.
Although, if you must, and you also have other people to play with you, get super mario bros., and be an ass and pick up your friends and throw them down a cliff
