My ancestor came here because he got kicked out of Oxford med school and exiled out of England to America by his powerful Mason father. He then climbed up the American Mason social ladder to become something like the second in command Mason officer in Wyoming or something ridiculous. He got up to Master Sergeant and was in the 1st Cavalry Division. I don't know too much about all that army stuff, but he sure makes himself sound pretty important.

My 4th of July was eh... Spent the day taking small children for minigolf and to the arcade. Had a bit of fun along the way, but I think they enjoyed the day which is what really counts. (Due to the severe drought here, fireworks are completely banned... so we had to make due with other things.)
