If you want to change gender, best way is to fight the lab ray scientist. There's even a way to do it without having losses.
I've never gotten him as a challenger. But then again, I'm really lazy to keep refreshing there. x.x

It only takes a few refreshes I think. I've gotten him on several accounts in under a min.
