The only tip I can really give is, other than using the default settings lower the min profit from 5000 down to as low as you feel comfortable doing, especially if you have a bigger shop.

Abrosia is definitely amazing!! If you're interested in different programs, you should just download the program manager, it has a TON of different programs that are all great!
