I am selling an account to a friend tomorrow. The NP on that account were all legit (it was my main). I have started Abrosia lately on another account with proxy.

Hypothetically, if my other account were to become frozen, would that affect the sold account?

Also, when transferring neopoints, does the buyer have a chance of becoming frozen?

There is always a chance of being frozen just use safe methods like for transferring I've read that 1np shops are the best method, and for the proxy thing as long as it's high anonymity that should be good.

If you're using proxy on your other account, and they are not connected in any way, your other account is probably safe.Selling an account is never safe, but it isn't that risky either.
And when you're transferring NP there's a chance that of both the accounts will get frozen if it looks suspicious to TNT.
