    If you don't find one by the end of summer (which I'm sure you will), I'll ask the lunch lady at my school. She's uber nice and she made homemade ones once and shared em with a few students. Uhmayzing. And she's my favorite one anyway xD {yes I have a favorite lunch lady, don't judge me}

    Try this, it's my favourite chocolate cake recipe. Fudgiest and yummiest thing ever.

    Ingredients
    • 1 tbsp instant coffee
    • 1 cups hot water
    • 250g butter
    • 200g chopped dark cooking chocolate
    • 2 cups caster sugar
    • 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
    • 1/4 cup cocoa
    • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
    • 2 tsp vanilla essence
    Directions
    • Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Stir in coffee and water. Add chocolate and stir until melted. Add caster sugar and stir until smooth.
    • Mix in sifted dry ingredients with electric beater. Add and beat eggs one at a time. Add vanilla.
    • Lightly grease and line a cake tin. Bake at 150°C for 1 1/2 hours or until a skewer comes out clean. Stand for five minutes before turning out.
    Notes
    -
    Be careful not to beat the eggs too much or too little, else the cake will sink.
    - Make sure your cake tin isn't too deep, else your cake will burn on top.
