How safe is it now to use I see alot of people getting frozen.

You only get frozen if you abuse of it.

Just be sure that your times are ok, and don't get to greedy (or if you do, be smart).

If you read up on it and use some common sense you probably won't get frozen. I've been using it for about 4 months now without incident.
There is, however, always a risk. You COULD cheat perfectly and still get frozen (the same way legit RSers sometimes get frozen). Nothing is 100% safe.

Honestly just depends on how you use it. Don't abuse it. Don't get greedy. And monitor your settings.

Keep buy time above 1000 ms. Dont go into the BIG shops and you should be fine. Proxies if you run multiple accounts

Don't AB much in magic. As Visceral said, people who RS legitly in there get frozen sometimes too, so it'd be best to avoid that place.

Magic is a no-no, don't go there - items are HTS (huge profits though), and you can't get nearly anything without getting frozen afterwards. -.-

As you're not advanced, i'm pretty sure you're safe no matter what, barring AB'ing for like 8+ hours a day.

I've been using it now for maybe, a couple of months, and I've not had one account frozen... I just use the default settings though, sometimes I get good days, sometimes I get bad days...
