Once I got warned for telling someone (via neomail) I just came from a funeral,
Not mentioning the word "party".

I mean seriously, do they expect everything to be rainbows and butterflies? To only discuss neopets? If that were the case, I'd suggest putting it an already scripted-chat that limits you to pre-approved phases.
Also, the party one is really stupid. Party doesn't always mean drugs. It simply means a special time that's supposed to be happy. It's really stupid it would be in the filter. =/
it really bothers me that they can read your private correspondence...
I suggest A: They don't go in there unless for a reason, such as being reported and B: Look into it if the filter picks something up, and see if the person had bad intentions before silencing them. From what I've heard, I think there are certain words that autosilence people. And that the filters that pick up said words are overly sensitive.
And I've heard they don't really unsilence people a lot so that's just stupid as all hell. If they did something bad enough to deserve to be permanently silenced, they might as well just froze them.

Neopets is legitimately the most oppressive anti-free-speech regime in the history of mankind.

I'm not sure if you saw, but I already said that. Toontown, seeing as how I play it, is what I was thinking about when I stated that.Imagine they implement already approved phrases, like in ToonTown or Club Penguin. And monitors supposedly read your messages so that the whole game is "safe and fun."
... What? Monitors? How? What? Anything bad gets blocked out by the filter. Why do you need to closely monitor already much limited speech?
Speaking of which, the other day, I supposedly said 'BITCH' on Toontown, and got a good warning for it. The funny thing is, I didn't say it. At all. Wasn't even in my head, or anything. It creeped me the fuck out.
.... how?Hey, I know that guy...
