Here you go, i'm not exactly sure what you want, but this is an online list maker, made by the same person who made the score sender here.

my only problem with that list is that it doesn't tell you a good 'wait time' unless i'm blind and can't see it ?-?

Yeah, that's a problem. Also, it might give you impossible scores if you put everything in the 800-1000 np range, for some games at least.

Down below, they have a list of games you should play daily to make around 100k a day. The games there that are 1000x3 = 3000 are games that they think you should be able to legitly play everyday, and able to get 1000np off of it.
If you make a list of those games, put a np range of around 700-1000, a time of around 3 minutes per 1000np, so 9min per game (thats just a rough estimate, I don't SS for np, so i wouldn't know).
With that, the minimum you would make from this would be around 75k.
This is pretty safe, but to make it safer, cause one mis-step will cause you to get freezed, you can play each of the games you wanna SS and then have around a time range.

The best way to figure out wait times is to play the games legit a few times and time how long it takes you to play to the point you did, and do the math to get that to 1000np, if you didn't manage it yourself. Anything else is just hoping like crazy that you're safe, although I see a lot of recommendations of just setting it for 30 minutes so TNT ignores it. (Don't do that. Nobody plays every single game for 30 minutes straight.) I should note that some games have ratios that put the 1000np mark beyond the review score mark, so be REALLY careful if you're going for 1000np each time.
Make sure that whatever you do, you provide a range--a short one, so you don't get wildly different scores in wildly different times--of wait times and scores.
