Neither of them are constantly working, so it should be fine to run both of them at the same time.

yea i always run both of those and either abrosia or cellblock. just whenever the kad time is about to refresh, just stop the other

Absolutely, knock yourself out. Seems the worst (2) programs to run anything else with is a SS or ABer.

Sure. I'm using some programs at the same times and no problems actually.
