Mine is working, so it's a problem on your end.
If in doubt, begin by turning everything off and on again.

Assuming basic literacy skills, they just did that.

You'd be surprised. As a gal who worked tech repair services for several years...it's best you spell it out, then insist again, and again for good measure

Abrosia... I did everything. I even updated my software lol. Still not working. Help me out people please.
I just got advance membership, and I'm leaving in 2 days and wont be using neopets for a YEAR. I was thinking of using it as much as possible these 2 days and now look at it :( gosh I'm luckless in life.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the client. Make sure to note your settings.

Done but STILL NOT WORKING. omg!

By the way I use mac... but that shouldn't be a problem. I mean NEOCODEX should have told me that before if it would be a problem. This error doesn't seem to go away.

A critical service that our old API relies on crashed during our downtime earlier today, we are working on resolving this issue as soon as possible. Anyone using the New API (Meaning they downloaded the latest windows version) will not be affected by this issue.
