I don't know if I'm just a complete idiot but I can't figure out how to end the game after inputting the code.
I know usually you just change it back to the original code and it will work, I've tried three times so far and it won't let me die.

Any help on this would be appreciated, Just tried again today (4/25) and changing the code back still doesn't cause me to lose lives.. I can't end the game!

This post is a little late, but for anyone having this trouble you have to click the green start button on each level and type in "salamander" to skip it until you get to the end of the game.
