Nope, it's a Mutant. TNT went a bit overboard on the shading, no?

[Rikku]

Plus, the mustache bothers me for some reason, why would a mutant have a mustache?

it's an evil twin goatee. facial hair makes you evil. or a mutant.

Too freakin' insane.

Holy crap you're right. So Ogrin's must be pure evil, because their face IS their facial hair. I hate them..

[jordanrob]

I think they are really cool looking. They would make a great BD pet

[Sammiantha]

Wouldn't have the pet myself as I don't like chombies or mutants but I do like the art and like seeing neopets without the stupid fists for a change!

[Jaws]

The face actually looks like that Tyrannian frog like neopets, nymmo?

[Keil]

i love it!!!

I think of that art as almost of a UC feel. I agree with you about loving the no fists. I don't care about the shading, but I do love how its pose is pretty original compared to all the customized neopets with fists and upright.

[ohOwl]

it's... interesting. the shading is higher quality than usual, which i like, but the design itself is. well.

[Epidote]

I think my favorite part is the bit of hair on its head. Something about it makes him look goofy, like 3 stooges goofy.

[apples]

I love it. It's an absolute beast.

[likerobots]

doubt its a pet o.0 probably for a plot ?

EDIT: wow, saw the URL.

[luvsmyncis]

Stegosaurus is my favorite dinosaur! <3
Derp I liek dinasores!

[Eliam]

I love this. I like mutants, and I like Chomby, so this is awesome. I'm not a fan of the goatee, but other than that I think this is excellent.

@Scot: Huh. It could pass for that if you didn't know what it was. Weird.
