You need a certain number of posts to be able to see the Trading Post. I think it's 20 (correct me if I'm wrong).

As for putting up a picture: beside your username on the top right, click the arrow and go to My Profile. From there, you can either change your avatar (the picture that appears beside your posts) or your photo (people will only see this when they view your profile).

Hope this helped. (:

Click this to read a little guide. It goes over most of the stuff Neocodex has to offer, but sort of skips over the process of pets. To buy a Neopet, you need to chat a little on here. After a bit, you'll be able to view the Trading forums. Users will have their own selling threads open with Neopets for sale in them. Or you can make your own thread asking for specific pets. There are two separate ways to buy the Neopets. You can pay with Neopoints, or with other. Since you don't have a trader score on here, you'll probably pay for your pet before they send it. But, I'd suggest using a Middleman. A Middleman will ensure that both parties of the trade get what they should get. Hopefully this will help you with finding the Neopets you want. If you have any other questions, just drop me a PM!
