I really, really hate whenever girls go around, complaining like little bitches because their guy doesn't 'take care of them'. Like dude, you're a human, take care of yourself. Seriously. Why does a girl need a guy to wipe her ass for her? I mean, yeah sure, a guy should treat you right and do things to be 'chivalrous' and kind, but I don't get why a girl needs a guy to buy her stuff all the time and pay for them every time they go out. And then there are girls who go around all like "OMG. This guy like, held the door for me. GOD. I CAN TAKE CARE OF MYSELF" Dude. A guy was being nice. Fuck you. I just hate this so much. xD
The majority of guys only pick girls that don't do things for them, that's why most guys don't do anything.

Simply because the majority of girls don't do things for us. What happened to the good ol' days?

I couldn't agree with you more! Yes, I love to take care of a girl whom I am in a relationship with, however it goes to a certain point, I don't want her to become dependent on me, I want her to have freedom and independence and I like to know that when I am not their she can handle herself.

There is always a balance than can be found between a female's bipolar behavior and a male's complete cluelessness. The dude doesn't always have to pay, but if he was the one who invited the girl out, then he should be more than prepared to pay for everything, as it is his treat. I feel certain it will be repaid in the end when she has sex with you, even though she would prefer not to. See? Both sides making sacrifices.

Girls are erratic and confusing. This is breaking news.

So if she doesn't have sex, does that mean she owes you for dinner?

I agree with you. Everyone has different standards and expectations when it comes to relationships, and I'm not too keen on critiquing those standards.
Mutual doting and romance is always nice (and doesn't have to require emptying your wallet), though I believe that it should never get to a point where one becomes overly-dependent on the other. I have always had an aversion to being told things like "I don't know what I would do without you", because, well, the feeling has never been mutual. I strive to fashion my life so as to be able to rely on only myself should the need ever arise. (I should mention that I see it as an on-going process.)

Guys just want to get inside of her.
I don't think it's very often that the woman doesn't know that. It isn't ever made explicit or spoken about, but she knows. It would take some real skill and manipulation on the part of the man to keep her in the dark on that point.

Ah, what a simple creature you seem to be. I can't say I don't envy it.

It's really sweet and affectionate... It's not like I can't do it on my own but it's always nice having someone go out of their way to please me
Also, sex is fun... but It's never really obligated or expected, it just happens when you feel like it. (For me, anyways)
Nothing wrong with being treated like a princess, I think (or at least I like to think) that I eventually repay in one way or another, whether it's cooking or a massage *shrug*

I agree with this! My boyfriend and I have a wonderful relationship and its very evenly balanced. He takes care of me and I take care of him, nothing is ever expected or assumed, we just do things for each other just to be nice. It's a great feeling knowing that he doesn't see our relationship as a job or something. I definitely have had guy friends feel like they "had" to do certain things for their girlfriends and always felt like that was wrong. Some things, like opening doors or something, are nice to do from time to time, but I know I would never wait at a door for someone else to open it...girls should just be grateful for what they have and learn to appreciate the nice things that boys do and not complain about something they feel was missing.

To be perfectly honest its worse with guys where I live, expecting the girls to do everything, but I imagine thats due to men never actually growing up

Especially true for those who still play children's games.
I should get off this site and mature a little.

Sounds like a relationship issue more than a gender specific issue.
"OMG MY GUY DOESNT TAKE CARE OF ME" Well, maybe you and your partner need to sit down and talk about it and fix it. Otherwise it's going to get worse. If you can't work anything out then it's time to break up.
Well it's nice to know that you fully understand the OP.

Though really, everyone should know that most people don't really mean what they say. When a girl complains that her boyfriend isn't taking care of her, chances are she's only telling you because she wants to talk about her boyfriend and how she has one, or she's actually just butt-hurt because her boyfriend isn't constantly spoiling her and she's already thinking of cheating on him so she's waiting for you to agree that she can do so much better so she gets the green flag to go flirt up a storm with another guy.
If a girl is complaining that a guy was being overly nice to her, chances are she's just bragging that some guy took notice of her but wants to pretend like her ego wasn't stroked by it so that you can be jealous of her (unless the girl is a super elite feminist which I probably doubt).
What's not to get? Seems pretty straight forward to me.
