jelly world is a story some neo old timers made up to troll newbies with. it doesn't exist and never has.

It is something you must never speak of. If you mention it anywhere, even on Codex, TNT will swoop down and chain freeze all your accounts. And then they will ip ban you. And they'll know if you use a proxy so you'll never, ever be allowed back into Neopets again. Ever.

Jelly world can't be accessed through the site. You have to stick in the URL yourself http://www.neopets.com/jelly Don't know why. But I swear when I was a kid it was visible on the map...o.0
