If you're unable to log in at the moment, thats a general Neopets related glitch, nobody can log in. xD
If not, I'm sorry to hear that! D: Not sure what you can do if you got CG'd/hacked/etc, sorry.

Are all the programs on here safe?
Of course they're all safe... they were all made by the admins of this site, and tested by the massive userbase here.
And yeah... TNT has had some server trouble lately... you'd think they'd have top-notch servers for such a valuable website... >_>
