Because you can ruin another person's play experience.
I don't think that you'd like to get hacked.

Don't hate, bro. Hate ain't cool.
I DISLIKE TNT's strictness as well though. x)
Oh - and also their money-glazed eyes. All they want is money, money, money. They don't care about their current customers as much as they used to, and they aren't even chasing down the real hackers/CG'ers out there. Instead, they're working on new NC Mall items and new pet colours (without completing the old ones!!) while silencing people for the dumbest reasons.

    I haven't been silenced yet though. :)

Didn't Donna and Adam sell everything over, and that's when the advertisement frenzy started?

    I think so.
Before it was a COLLEGE site.

    Now...
It's a crazy site filled with ads, teenagers, cheaters (like us!), and hackers, yet TNT's filters are so strict you can't even say OMG.

Considering that most of the people on the boards are over the age of 13, that's a bit ridiculous.
My friend got a warning for asking for help on his math homework.
He sent in a ticket and the warning was removed though. xD

Oh, those were the days! I really think that with Adam and Donna selling it over to MTV/Nickelodeon (MTV sounds random, but I got bored and looked into internships on Neo and you have to apply via MTV), the simple joys of creativity and whatnot of the site have been lost and now we're all just a bunch of dollar signs.

I totally agree. I wish Adam & Donna would come back sometimes, but they probably have enough money to last a looong time. xD

I wouldn't even say so, I'm guessing they just have a modest amount of money.

Yeah, I think they sold it too early as well.
But that doesn't matter as long as they're happy with the money that they got. (:

The thing that pisses me off is that they make so much money off of us, and yet their support is practically nonexistent. I have heard many people lament at spending hundreds of dollars on the different NC plots that they run. There is a huge premium subscriber base (myself included). Why can't they hire some damn customer care techs and work through their tickets in a timely manner? Posted Image

A seven year old getting drunk? That's not sensible at all.

Well, $160m is not to be scoffed at. And it can't be said to be a modest amount either. Had they waited, they could have made double that though.
