Not sure if this is the right place to post.. But has anyone ever been unfrozen after sending an appeal for freezing?
Totally got my 6 year old account banned for 'flash game cheating' ((SS'er Overkill))
I sent a heart warming and pleading message to neopets but they completely disregarded it!
How dare neopets try to stop my obvious and flamboyant attempts at cheating them!!

So yes, Has anyone managed to recover a frozen account??

I don't know, i don't always keep up with it, but from what i've heard, don't expect a short wait time. I heard it can take up to six months to get a response.

I would just start a new account, start abing, ect. Play games... you can get back there eventually. It will never have the same length but it will give you something to do while you wait....

6 months really??.. Well actually that's sort-of good news. I thought they'd dismissed it out of hand.
But maybe they haven't read it... There's still hope!..
Ahh who am I kidding, I think we all know it wont get unfrozen lmao

Just go foreward like it is, and maybe if you are lucky in a few months you will get it back, and you might have twice as much... if you have gotten it denied, then there is no hope.. But good luck. I would be freaking out if my main got iced. =P

Working on getting a pin recovered on a 6 year account and unfreezing a 2 year main. If they reject? Resend. Been waiting a good 2 months now for TNT to even look at my tickets though. Haha.

I have been unfrozen, but I wasn't banned for the same reason. My account was "frozen to protect" or wtfever. Took me almost a year to get my account back, 6months before I was even responded to.

I'm not sure about SS. How obvious was it?

Tbh I don't fully understand how they got round to icing me.. I got my score reviewed a few times and carried on playing for a good 3 months with no problems.
Then I didn't access my account for around 2 months, came back and it had been frozen. It shouldn't have been TOO obvious, as I meticulously check and create my own lists.
Suppose it's just a waiting game. I'm not even fussed about anything on the account, it's just that it was my baby for 6 years lol.

I was frozen for "cheating on the flash games" and then unfrozen a couple weeks later without even sending a ticket in. I used AoB to cheat and my times and scores were legit, so perhaps they realised that I *could* have been a legit player

Not unfrozen, but I forgot the birthday I'd used on my 8 yr old account and decided recently that I wanted it back. It took about 6 weeks for them to get around to it. Bit understaffed!! Considering how monetized Neopets is now, there isn't really an excuse for it.

6 weeks for a recovery???.. Jesus, I'd have been angry after 6 days!!.. Ahh, The lengths we go to keep our accounts lol.
I still keep checking my e-mail in hope *Sigh* lol.

my 6 year old had the same sit, i got it within two days though, i directly went to emailing neo staff though.

I've had a few accounts frozen, although when I got frozen for cheating I didn't bother to send in a ticket x3
My *legit* main got frozen over half a year ago though, never responded to my ticket~~

My legit main (6+ year old account) got frozen sometime last year. I sent in a ticket and they told me (several months later) it was "never frozen" and you should be able to log in. I tried and got the "Neopets cannot reveal why you were frozen" message so I sent in another ticket and reference the last ticket. Fast forward to a few days ago. I got another "not frozen" message and a new password. Again, I tried to log in, this time with the new password and I STILL get that stupid message. I responded to the new ticket but I don't expect a response for awhile.

When I first started AB'ing so many years ago I did so on a side account. It got my main account banned from being on the same IP. I sent in a ticket saying it was my brother and they should check to see that no neopoints were transferred between the accounts. They thawed out my icing in a good 2 weeks and I just started AB'ing straight from the account. Didn't get iced for another year or so.

I've been unfrozen a few times because I self iced myself (to avoid getting frozen for ABing)

I'm currently waiting for one of the three ticket staffers to read my ticket. That I sent in a month ago :V

My main got frozen for apparently buying/selling nps etc??? Not sure how they managed to think that since I was keeping that account as legit and un-warned as possible since it was my eight year old baby

I dont think they wil unfrooze you, I send a msg for 2 account, after 2 years I had'nt a msg back so

If you've been frozen for cheating on flash games or ABing, chances are you won't get your account back.
If it is for a different reason, you've got a slim chance of retrieving your account, though it'd be a long and gruelling process

Holy effin crap! I checked my email about half an hour ago and they responded to my response to my ticket (that I sent in 2 days ago). They unfroze my 6+ year old account. I am so psyched! =)

I got my account unfrozen after about 2 months. They froze it for "protection" because they thought someone hacked me and was sending my NC items to random accounts xD (I was actually selling it )
