Is it considered harassment if you talk about someone on the Neopets boards without mentioning their name? Someone told me that I cannot go to the boards and complain about a KeyQuest game because I'm "harassing" the person I was playing with even if I'm NOT mentioning the user's name. Is that true or was this person just blowing smoke?

Everyone seems to be "11 years old" when they slight another... where is this speculated bulge in youth population coming from?!

I have seen a whole heap of people outing players for unsportsmanlike behaviour regarding keyquest, I don't know why this would be any different.

But at the same time, why risk it? You'll get warned for sneezing on the neoboards. You'd get less repercussions actively stalking the person outside of neopets.

Lots of people "getting busy" right before "Y2K" because they thought they were going to die anyway so they didn't care if they got pregnant?

Eh, I just picked an age where kids are annoying. My nephew is 11 and that's the kind of thing he would do (make up something and try to make people believe it).

It sounds like TNT is referring to if you mention the other person's username though o: ~~
