ahh there verry expensive items, so its not usefull to buy items over there?

If you're at a level where you think the items there are expensive, I'd advice you to stay clear of that place.

When you get richer, you realize that a few of the items (like 20%) are actually of some use, but that's mostly opinion. For now, focus on items in main shops.

The Hidden Tower is mostly to be used when you can afford it and if you want/need those items fast.
With the exception of the discount day (3% off the 3rd wednesday of the month), you can usually get the items from the TP for cheaper.

i believe that the hidden tower is one of the stores without the discount on half price day.

The Hidden Tower doesn't follow HPD. It has its own discount day.

HPD = 3rd day of the month, 50% off
Hidden Tower discount day = 3rd wednesday of the month, 3% off

It doesn't have discounts on Half Price Day.
What Iluvia is trying to say is that there is a 3% off discount on the 3rd Wednesday of every month. Your account has to be over 60 months, however, to be able to receive that special pricing.<br><br>EDIT: Nevermind, she already explained it. -facepalm-<br>

The books aren't tradeable though-- so you can kind of assume that you need to read them o: ~~
But you're right, the avatars are gotten from buying & reading them, not just from buying them x3
