Pfff, please. In the Neopian Pound it clearly states "Also, once you abandon your Neopet, absolutely anybody can adopt it. There is no guarantee you will be able to get your Neopet back if you change your mind."
So...this member actually did nothing wrong? The person who originally owned the Draik (...or so they say) was very rude about the situation. They deserved to lose their pet.

I put it back in pound at 12:01 NST, Ogrin's are hideous, didn't want it on my account.

Maybe they'll learn not to threaten to hack someone over a neopet. Especially when they can't back anything up.
