So... my main account of several years was frozen for "selling/buying neopoints, ect." which... couldn't be further from the truth. I just received several million through TP.

I submitted a ticket, but have no way of tracking it (didn't submit on a side).

I also have a direct number to Nick Virtual Worlds that I'm tempted on calling (already did to verify it was legit...)

Suggestions? Or... should I give up all hope, cry, and continue by making the side I've been playing with since the freezing my NEW main. OOoooorrrrrr just get a new main from the TP here?

I suggest crying, giving up all hope, and making the side you've been playing with your new main or buying a main on here.

Once they freeze you for selling/buying neopoints, you aren't going to get your account back. I have been there.

I'm so sorry you've been in my shoes! It happened to me before, way back when Neopets wasn't owned by Viacom... I didn't even bother trying to fight with that one.
I was absolutely speechless when I logged in to see that I was iced with this last main, though.

I called Viacom and worked my way up to a manager of something to do with Nickelodeon and she caved in and gave me the number for Nickelodeon Virtual Worlds. I was on the verge of wanting to call and nicely demand my account back since I actually didn't buy or sell any neopoints.

I could careless about the neopoints to be quite honest. I miss my pets, my lab ray, and the thousands of items I accumulated over the years.

But... alas...

I think I may be coming to terms... I just wish there was a way to get it back

Because I don't know if it would be a complete waste of my time. I may do so anyway, I was just wanting other member's input and opinions.

It's worth trying, imo. Might be a pain in the ass, but if the account is worth a lot to you then do it.

Worth doing. Nothing changes sitting around, even if they're firmly declining the return of your account, its a little bit more pressure on them to be more careful to begin with - especially if you've had a history of spending actual money on the site.

It is possible to buy nice mains here and/or just rebuild on another account, but if the account means a lot to you then you should try calling them I suppose o:

Even though I put yeearrrrs into the account and am now missing thousands of items that took years to acquire, I think I will just start over. I may call them just to try later this week, but I won't hold my breath. I'll let you all know what they say, if anything. <3

Just keep trying to get it back, but don't get your hopes up! Just build up a new account and before you know it (if you get your main back) you could have two great accounts.

I got that for one of my frozen account last time.. sent and kept on following up on the ticket for months now... better off creating or buying an account and AB back... the only sad part was that account had my BD pet

Personal story, I got frozen once on my main, wrong a couple of tickets/emails to no avail. I quit for about a year then I decided to try once more and wrote one last ticket saying something to the tune of "if I had cheated, why would I still be trying to get my account back a year later". It worked, someone replied and I got my account uniced. Don't give up hope especially if you didn't cheat.
