Not sure how many people have heard of him or not. I know he's fairly popular in England, but in the States he's pretty unheard of.
The first time I heard of him was when I was watching the documentary Exit Through the Gift Shop (which btw, I highly recommend).

I think the reason I find his art interesting because of it's satire nature and dark humor.

Definitely recommend Exit Through the Gift Shop. Mr. Brain Wash has got to be one of the most interesting people...
