Congrats to the latest winners! Turnip you're pretty much adorable. Also I'm jealous of your art skills. *shakes fist*

In regards to the contest - this might be unpopular, but an idea worth considering for next year might be to limit the entries to a certain number, or no more sign ups after a certain period of time, say the first week? (Donors and retired members excepted perhaps - imo people who contributed and/or have retired status or higher should be able to enter whenever due to their generosity and/or dedication to the community.) This would maybe help reduce the "free for all" feeling and make it more of a community event. Plus it would make things easier on Scot and nymh, or whoever runs it next, assuming the advent calendar returns in the future.

But I thought advent calendar should be free for all? It's the season of giving. :)

Congrats Turnip!!!! & All the winners!! :D

It was....quite popular this year, it seems.

Now it's just a bloody lottery.

When was it ever not?

This is an idea that I have mulled over, and I have my thoughts on it so I wanted to respond.
More names, for us, does not make it more work. It just means we have to use higher denominations of dice to choose the winners. The difficult part comes from managing the donations and all of the work behind the scenes to shuffle the prizes around. That part will be the same whether we had a pool of 15 or 500 entrants.
Also, I think it would be a bit unfair to limit the number of entrants, because if I am not mistaken we had over 30 within hours of Scot posting this thread. Anyone on the opposite side of the globe or who just was away from their computer for whatever reason would lose out.

(P.S. yeah I'm up for sex by the way  )

You are the cutest, I am glad that you are so happy.
Thank you for the picture :D

Do you mean with Scot, or with both of us? :whistling:
I told Scot what you said, and he called dibs on the backdoor.

Are the last few prizes going to be extremely backend loaded? Haven't really come even remotely close the 150mil prize pool total yet.

No. We have given out over 20 mil in forum games so far as well, and will be giving out much more in the coming weeks. Some games will run into January to use up the overflow prizes.

The forum games have been posted in General Chat, but if you are having trouble finding them, Scot has posted links to them in the first post of this thread. Please note that the links Scot has posted state whether the game is currently running or not.

Neocodex Gold is a rank that allows members access to special parts of the site, and more program features.

When was it ever not?

When there wasn't 100+ people in the hat, I just meant the odds were like the lottery.

6 new winners chosen by the sorting hat!

Reminder that there are many more riches to be won in the side games! Just because advent is coming to a close doesn't mean the fun is!
