yesterday my accounts were frozen ( still got 1 left )
I lost total of 17million pure neopoints... the reason was '' using autobuyer''
I only used the AB on only one account,... but 3 accounts were frozen.. is this normal that the other accounts that didnt use an ABer also were frozen?
Do I have to send TNT a message or is this still useless.. and the only option is start again?

I used the ABer for 3 months 6 hours a day... everything was fine.. till 3 days ago .... I put my buy times lower ( from 1.4/1.5ms to 1.1/1.2ms) and a day later I was frozen
So I think 1.1ms is too fast and too risky... let this be a lesson for everybody :D

'' And if someone wants to help me with some 4 months + old accounts or some neopoints.. I really appreciate that :p '' LOL

Yesterday I was frozen as well. The reason was for "Buying/Selling Neopoints, Items, and/or Pets."

Funny thing is I never have done this, not yet anyways...

Lost close to 100mil in items, neopoints, and thats not even counting my other investments, such as 109k plot points left to spend.

Given the recent ban spree I have submitted a ticket but I have a feeling its gonna be awhile until I get it back... I thought I would be banned for ABing if anything. Guess they didn't think that though.

Goodluck getting your account back... mine was iced at 10:02 A.M. NST.

You mean that theory sending in your ticket in a different language might get you a sooner answer than when you send it in in English?

Sending in a ticket can't get things worser so at least you van try it.

Wow, everybody's lost so much, and I'm still golden - when TNT goes on a spree, legit auction sniping is where you should be. :D

Yeah, that is the theory. And exactly. Have nothing to lose (other than my other accounts :p)

Russ, don't count your chickens before they hatch. As Jaxxen pointed out, they have, and will continue to freeze people who appear suspicious (legit or illegit), even if they get the reason wrong.

    Yeah, that is the theory

Well I don't send in tickets a lot but when I send in a ticket in my own language I seem to get a reply after 3/4 weeks. Sending in tickets in English seems to be more effective though.

I have discovered times like this it's best to just wait the storm, and only play games until a month or so has passed.

If you didn't use proxies and/or your accounts had interactions /by transferring items/nps/etc./ then you were probably chain frozen

Do I have to send TNT a message or is this still useless.. and the only option is start again?

I personally think that the chance that TNT will un-freeze your account is pretty slim / sorry D: / just because they're total buttheads or it'll take them over 6 months to do it :p~
If you want to try though, here's a nice Account Recovery Ticket Guide

I think they are such assholes. Their rules clearly state that if you break the rules your account will be frozen but you are free to carry on playing on a new account...there is no reason to chain freeze people if the activity has only been on one account.

They shoot themselves in the foot when they do this crap...we are their customers...we spend money on NC/Premium and get them money through advertising....Idiots.

Ehh, my old main account got frozen for the same reason (even though I wasn't all that aware of buying/selling pets and items etc at the time!) and I still haven't gotten it back, over a year later >.>

I sent in a ticket about it back in October but still haven't gotten a reply... /thinking about closing that ticket and resubmitting one :V

Why do you think that? I always get the impression that TNT rarely gives accounts back.

That's what I think so too.

I got frozen for autobuying as well. I'm super super super shocked. Am taking a break from ABing. My times were safe and I wasn't even ab-ing more than 6 hours + staggered. I also only used one account. Bleh. Had been safe for about 3 months. Luckily I didn't lose more than 15mil because I recently transferred to my main. It did had some sentimental items on that account tho, once used to be my main, and it's like 9 years or something..

He is probably talking about the risk, as in magic has a higher freeze rate than the bookshop and so on.

A friend of mine had the same problem, unfairly frozen for buying things off the internet... he sent in a ticket explaining the situation and he got it back... took him ages though
He recieved a few high end items at the same time, he told them they were bday gifts lol
Anyway he was frozen again later on

Well, the refresh rate doesn't necessarily effect your freeze rate.

&TNT is probably freezing a bit more often now to make up for being gone on Christmas/New Year :p~
