If you type in the username of an account at the login page, you will be given the reason for why the account was frozen.

    My reason =,=:

Ban reason: Due to potentially suspicious activity on this username, it has been frozen for the owner's protection. This can include falling for a scam or entering information into a fake login page. If you would like information on getting this account back, please contact us by clicking here.

I've tried numerous of times to get it back but NOOOO =.= (ANGRY)

Wow, pretty great actually. I'm wondering if that was intended.

I did not know this before. I will use this to troll those obnoxious ACers who lie about how they got frozen and shut them up about it.

bahaha that's brilliant! I guess its an easy way to find out who was an illegit player. Too bad I dont hang around the AC chat anymore and would most likely miss the trolling :/

    Ohmigosh this is kinda funny!

Shame I can't remember UNs of people that I used to know on the AC.

It's fun to go back and see though.

    An account i used to have...which I deactivated....has two ban reasons....weird O_o

    "
This account has been FROZEN for the following reason:

This account was deactivated by the owner. If this was not your doing or you'd like to reactivate it, please contact us by clicking here.

This account was found to be cheating on the flash games."

You need to also supply the correct password... Unless they changed the code again.

You just need to go to the login page by clicking the sign up link and input the username, not the login pop-up.
I'm enjoying the conversation on the AC about this. Interesting stuff over there.

I have a really old account (think 2001) that was frozen for no reason. It even says they do not know the reason for why it was frozen. I guess they delete very old and inactive accounts.

    crap crap crap crap.
i dont like this one bit. i didnt become a cheater until my legit main was frozen after being compromised. i was a nub at buying items and got myself chain iced after that. i really dont want people to be able to look me up since i still have the legit reputation from my main.

I can't do that. When I check a frozen player it shows this:
It looks like you haven't logged in for a while! For security purposes, please verify your birthday:

That person is frozen when I see their UL!

Edit: The second person I tried, this shows:
Invalid Password. Please enter the correct password to continue.

    That was quickly patched.

Kinda fun to go back and guess all my old accounts to see why they were frozen and such.

Betcha the BD and the AC were having a field day

This has happened to my account as well. I was then explained by support that I had bought an item from a cookie grabbing shop, and they froze me to prevent further account intrusion. Now that I think about it, that is a decent system.

I think TNT should have left it tbh.

Doing so would help prevent scammers using 'pro' older accounts that have been frozen for scamming before. Would have saved me losing a bgc.

    I actually agree.

It would help call out all the stupid scammers. Would suck if you messed up an SS time or AB time (if you did that from here), but then you just pack up and move on
