Okay, so I got Abrosia about a week ago. I don't know if I'm just impatient or something, but it usually takes 6-8 hours for AB to buy an item, and that seems like a long time. (I'm not an advanced member.) Is this normal, or is it a glitch? Thanks. Sorry if that was a dumb question.

It is normal when you are still in the "learning the ropes" stage

It just depends. What are your buy times? Could just be bad luck, slow settings, or everyone is beating you to the items regardless of time. Are you having a lot of misses as well?
True though, as a non-advanced member is it more difficult to AB items consistently.

No its not a glitch, it depends a lot of where you are ABing and getting Advanced Membership gives you a lot more control over that. Have you read many, or any, of the guides we have here?

A few. I have had six misses and two buys so far (both buys were clothing, taking about 5 hours apiece). I also found that they were HTS items (I got a JubJub Scientist Goggles and a Cybunny Carrot Robe.)

You are buying 33.33% of the items you see that meet your criteria. That is not bad at all. Don't see what the problem is here.

It depends largely on your settings.

Okay, thank you. I just wanted to make sure it was normal.

If you are using a list that you have made, it is probably because most of the items that are restocking aren't on your list.

Don't worry, non-advanced members can AB fairly decent too. Being non-advanced and without lists, I average 100k a day, which I'm happy with. I don't really wanna get pegged for ABing, so imo have the slower settings puts me lower on the radar. (: I guess it just depends on hwo fast you want to make monies. Some days are better then others too.

If you're using not using a list, you might want to look at your min profit... putting it at around 2k - 5k will get you around 10 - 20 items or maybe more at times.. its ok to put low min profit because it will attempt to buy the highest profit you can see in the shop.

since you're a member only.. the best guide to look at is actually Scot's first SuperSystem thread... i followed that in terms of min profit and other settings that i can change..

If you're using AB List, there's a new interesting ABing guide by Scot on the ongoing faerie quest event. Stick to one shop for each ABing session is the best option rather than moving to another shop e.g. every 45 min. Some shops can take about 1 hour to restock.. (though in between they will restock like 1-3 items)... so its best stick to one shop for 2 - 3 hours in a session.. << though i cant really remember if you can AB in more than 1 shop for list...

While I was not advanced, I was doing pretty good ABing including a fair number of unbuyables and high profit items. I had my minimum profit at about 2k, which got me alot more then when I first started out.

Today was my first day as Advanced and it does definitely make a difference in the amount of items I buy.

not a problem at all , being an advance member just gives you more advantage to others , using a normal one is usually slow because you are going through alot of shop , so getting items inconsistently is common

If the shop is full i.e. 24 items in stock, there will be no restock taking place unless someone clears them.

So you could be refreshing 6-8 hours in a shop not restocking at all. Try checking the number of items in shop next time? :)
