So after taking a 6+ month break from neopets I came back to find i need to enter all my b day's for my farming accounts , It sucks lol 33 accounts most of them with 1 mil +. On the bright side I guess I have neocodex to help me in rebuilding

Send in a ticket that you forgot your birthday giving as much info as you can on your account(s) although I dont think you can send in one on all 33 worth a shot anyways

That happened to me with 3 of my 8 year old shells. It sucks. If I did submit a ticket I wouldn't know what to say because I just used them a shells to test out SSing.

I actually submitted a ticket about a month ago to TNT about a forgotten birthday. They responded back in about two weeks with the birthday I used. It was pretty simple. As long as you have access to the email you used for your accounts you should be fine. Because they responded so fast, I actually sent three more tickets in

im surprised that they will send you your birthday information, When you enter your birthday when signing im pretty sure they want your real birthday not a made up one. who forgets there real birthday? Just do what I do when signing up write down as much information about the account as possible either on a note pad or somewhere on a computer file. Hope you can get at least some of your accounts back and gl rebuilding!

Yeah, that is what I've been doing now.

Hey good luck! Hope you get your accounts back. I think that happened to one of my accounts but I didn't bother sending a ticket (laziness) lol. You should get em back, at least your main accounts

Same for me, I forgot the bday on my acc and I've been waiting over 3 weeks for a response to my ticket. Le shigh.
