I walked into several stores and they are not restocking. Why?

Seems like some kind of glitch. I have heard something is wrong with auction house too. Key Quest and Habitarium are glitched as well.

Just found out employment agency isn't showing basic jobs..

Let's wait and see if it will be fixed soon, or turn into a disaster.. After Neocodex was down for 2-3 days, i don't really care about main shops not restocking for some hours..

That's odd, although I do see some items in some shops. Maybe it's some sort of glitch?

They are just not restocking, items restocked before the glitch stays there.

Daily Dare Notice - Are you ready to play some games? If you aren't, you're in luck! (See what we did there?) Daily Dare is launching on March 7th this year to make way for a surprise coming on the 28th of February (or so we hear). So gamers, you'll have an extra week to practice, if you like! And we'll see if we can pry any more information about the surprise from King Roo... did we say King Roo? Erm, well let's hope he didn't want that kept a secret, too.

Why should they stop main shops restocking and glitch everything around for a "surprise"?

It could be anything really, the surprise could have messed up the coding to the shops for all we know. We'll just have to wait for it to come up and see if there is an explanation on why.

I didn't mean it like that, obviously they've been doing something (maybe for the surprise), and broke everything.

It's just some AWESOME timing. (That was sarcastic.) What's actually happening is a hardware issue that's affecting different things - mostly anything that's scheduled to run on a timer. (For you techies, the crons are very confused at the moment.) Restocking, Habitarium, trophies, games - if you see anything wonky, you can probably attribute it to this issue.

Hooray! No, wait. The opposite of that. Booooo!

We have no ETA for you at the moment. What we do know is that it's affecting sync so News may be delayed, and it might also affect the launch of our surprise, too. As soon as we have more information, we'll let you know. Thanks for being patient with us! We hope they'll have it worked out soon.

Yesterday I was playing NQ 2 and every 5 minutes I got the Server is down page.

I have been getting those error pages for 3 weeks, and i'm kinda sure we will keep getting those red pteri pages after the fix.

They posted that on JN, I hope there's something else. I am used to rubbish surprises after they saying they got super secret awesome plans. We'll see tonight!

Edit, and yea I am getting those down for maintenance pages every day more often too, and the Search Neopets bar is slow as hell.

So whatever it is they are trying to implement to surprise us with is more than likely what is causing these issues.
