everytime i try to log in this comes out:

We were unable to log you in properly, please send this data to one of the programmers (in the bug tracker)

Yes it should be gibberish.

There are also times when i am able to log and when i try to instal AB again, it will say cannot compress zip sometihng something. I never had these issues before, why is it happening now?

We've having server issues which I'm sure you should be able to tell by now. There's nothing we can do about it because it's caused by our host Dreamhost so there's not much point in keep posting about it.
