If cheating while using a proxy, is it safe to play on your own IP legit at the same time?

I hope you don't mean on the same account.

Otherwise, I think it should be safe

For all intensive porpoises, it's fairly safe. I'm almost certain TNT don't bother checking their logs much, if at all considering they likely get upwards of 1000 requests per second. If they did, it would be ridiculously easy to catch pretty much all of us; since that isn't the case, you should be good, except when it comes to spelling "separate". : P

You just better hope your proxy doesn't fail. Which it sometimes will

My proxy shouldn't fail, I play on paying for them.

If you plan on ABing with a proxy, it would be better to cheat on your home IP as this connection is faster and play legit on a proxy (which should be secure as you're paying for it).

I AB with a paid VPN and get pretty decent stuff. And yes, I'm pretty sure it's safe. TNT doesn't give a crap that you're logging in with different IPs each time; they have too much to sift through. So long as your AB side isn't linked to your home IP, it should be fine.

I read that tnt only records your IP of when you log in/out. Any confirmation on this?

Every website you have ever visited has stored your IP address in its logs every time you loaded a page.

In my opinion, there is no need for a proxy when you're using two accounts, well for me at least.

I have about 4 computers, I bot AB on one, and then play normally on another. This way, I can make the excuse that I have siblings who play the game.

Nothing bad has happened until today doesn't mean all of your accounts won't get chain frozen in the future. The thing you are doing is extremly risky if you ask me..

While it's risky it is a very possible thing. But I don't think TNT would give you the benefit of the doubt. :ninja:
