Those usually occur if your email hasn't been validated, you'd have to follow these instructions if you haven't already done so:

"If you are registered and stuck waiting for a validation email, please email: [email protected] Subject: Forum Validation Message: username: <the name you have registered> Make sure you email me from the email address associated with the account or the validation will be ignored."

Although I guess with you having purchased a subscription that will probably have fixed it too.

If you can use the PM system then you should be validated.
