I've submitted 4 or 5 tickets to TNT since last August about one of my accounts that was frozen, and they haven't replied to any of them... I've checked all my email settings and I receive emails from Neo, and when I view my current tickets it says they're all open. Has anyone else experienced this, or know a different way I can contact them with a better chance of them answering? Thanks

I've heard that TNT responds quicker to tickets when they're in a language other than English, but I haven't personally tried that out yet so idunno if it's true x)~
Making multiple tickets won't speed them up though :p

Possibly true. I just checked two tickets of mine sent in at the same time. The one in english is "open" and the other is a "work in progress".

Mine have all seemingly been random. Over the years I've had some that get responses within days, and others that...well...I don't think they ever got to now that I think about it. Five without a response though seems steep.

Yeah I was trying to wait it out until they responded to my ticket from August but I got a little impatient. Is that the only way to contact them without having to send an actual letter through the mail?

I also recommend carefully reading over the Account Recovery Ticket Guide so you are better prepared for if this were to happen again in the future.

That's a pretty weird idea, but no harm in trying :p (might just try that if my ticket takes another five months for anything to happen.. I sent in a ticket about my frozen main account back in October and it only just went from open to WIP)
But yes I think that's the only way to get in touch with them.. It's so dumb! I don't think Viacom realises just how big the English userbase is~ :U

I agree with just give up.
If they do reply, they will reply with a automated message then close the ticket before you can send anything back, it has happened to me continuously during the past five years that I was trying to recover one of my accounts.
