Is there one? Laundering neopoints before transfer? Not cheating in games? Share your experience if you have any.

It depends on what you do. If you AB, do it safely (keep times up and don't AB for 6 hours straight...)

Don't SS for trophies, try to play the game before you use AoB to know how long you should wait.

I would also recommend a pre-made layout for your userlookup to make it look more 'legit'.

If you have a bunch of trophies, play a lot of games so it doesn't look like you are a pro at all the 30 games you've played...

I am going to use an original user lookup.

I do not plan to AB on the main. If I will AB I will do it in low profit shops. I plan to AB on shells and then launder the neopoints and transfer them to my main.

This is how I had imagined to do it but do you think it's unrealistic?

Don't leave abrosia open on one computer and forget and check neopets on another computer.

Nope. Legit players get frozen too.

The only "key" to an unfrozen main is luck. Nothing more, nothing less.

It could work. :p I just find shells too much work to maintain and worrying about transferring Neopoints isn't my style.

^ Exactly. Neopets has the cruel, cruel tendency to freeze even innocent players. If you want 0% risk of freezing, you'd be best off not playing. (no fun, I know)

^ This. Some people can cheat for years without getting frozen while others can get frozen within a few days. I have no idea why that is the case, ideally we would need somebody on the inside to tell us how they track these things. :p

Yeah, agreed. If legit players get involved with 'illegit' neopoints unknowingly, or trade for a scammed pet or something (again, without knowing) TNT has a tendency to freeze wherever the buck stops, whether or not someone had something to do with it. That sounds cryptic, lol.

If you cheat, there's always a chance of getting iced. If you play legit, there's always a chance of getting iced. You're never safe. Welcome to Neopets.

But I guess the only way to not get frozen on there is to do absolutely nothing other than play a few games and get a low score in them (seeing as you can get frozen for anything at all - sending a high score, RSing legitimately, ""stealing"" BC art, all that fun stuff) or suck some TNT dick I MEAN get on TNT's good side (you know like featheralley) :V

There is no "perfect" way to play neopets safely. There is always a chance, not matter how small, that the TNT will give you the cold shoulder. The best way to last long is to be low key. Don't do anything profoundly visible with the cheating devices. But even then you might be iced

We won't know for sure, but I suppose avoid abing, ssing, trading & receiving gifts from strangers.
And chat on the boards and in the guild. xD
*neo sounds boring all of a sudden*

This is what I'm doing. I have a grand total of two shells. One to AB, the other one for sending the items/pure to sit for a few months before sending it to my main. And when I AB with my main, it's in 7 or 1. Sometimes 70 or 98. Once in a blue moon though, I do visit Magic and AB a mp, but my list is normally just the buyables that I can sell in my shop.

It's not unrealistic - I haven't been iced yet. But I put in effort into the shells so it don't look like shells. They could pass for mains, tbh. And I also chat on them/join a guild to make it a bit more "known" and legit-ish or whatever.

Well... I always think the reason why I'm not frozen is because I buy NeoCash.

I'm not even kidding lol, most of my neocash are from cards I buy from here with neopoints :p

This is true. An account of mine got banned for suspicious activity after I bought a few mil and I knew it would be months before the ticket was answered and it would result in being iced anyway so I told them I had a few NC cards I was going to use on my main before it got iced and the ticket was addressed and I was unbanned in a couple weeks. I'm not sure if the NC won them over but they're always motivated by money....

i personally think using a side to ab is silly, makes it look all that more obvious. even if they don't know your using an ab they will freeze you for using a side to make extra np's....

The easiest way to have a neopets account and not get frozen:

    • Create an account
    • Never log in again
    • Wait until account purge
    • Create an account
    • Never log in again
    • Rinse and repeat

I figure the people who are terrible at games and never make any NPs are pretty safe.
