One thing a lot of people have also complained about for the NC items is that 99% of the items released appeals to females. Which of course, may also be well justified since I can't imagine many guys oogling too much over dressing up their pets. I think the NC would have been okay if they didnt retire things and had the neopets community randomly inflating/inventing a cap system that induced people to spend more on "retired" items. :x But like people have said before, they gotta get paid somehow.

My main gripe with NC is nothing else gets done on the site. That's all the staff does anymore.

I don't really care for the NC stuff... but some if it is cool. I just bought some backgrounds for my pets and they look better with the backgrounds there. Its a nice option for players to have IF they choose they want to partake in it. If not they can always just write angry post's to vent right? hahaha jk

After looking at DTI, I personally love how the Baby Spring Wig, Hooded Faellie Baby Blanket, and Spring Baby Dress looks on a (female) Baby Chomby x3~

Another thing i dont understand is how people trade NC items... I think i tried to transfer some NC items over to a shell once and it wouldn't let me... Maybe I was doing it wrong... I do not know.

You need gift boxes to transfer NC items cx ~

You have to use capsules I think.

So I'm guessing items like the "Faerie Cloud Racer Collectors Background" are worth a lot since you cannot buy it anymore right? I love some of the background's they have that are animated.

My understanding is that retired NC items sky in value.

That particular background isn't worth very much even though it was released kind of awhile ago since it isn't very sought after.
