Nobody else has mentioned that and there's currently 240 people using the Program Manager. Are you using a proxy? Sometimes proxies can cause errors like that.

It would also help if you know when that error occurs?

Nope, but I did just pay for the service again since months ago. I have no clue. I reinstalled the manager and everything. I am going to restart and see if somehow that fixes anything. (Somehow it always does.)

It was taken down when we were having our downtime because brainless people just kept reporting that the programs weren't working.

How did waser not catch that? Hes answered these questions in the past and told them to sign out of premium portal.
