does doing ABing require that I use proxy for safety?

using proxy makes the internet connection so slow...

or can I AB safely by using legit refresh time and so on?

i ab with my real ip and go on my main using my schools ip

You only really need a proxy if you're using multiple accounts to cheat with.

This. The purpose of a proxy is to prevent your accounts from getting chain-iced. Let's say you have a main on your home ip and two other accounts you want to AB on. You might want to use a proxy on the two ABing accounts so that your main doesn't get iced in the event that the ABing accounts are frozen. Keep in mind though that using proxies is not a guaranteed way to protect your other accounts. If the accounts are connected in any way, you sent items between them or whatever, then you're still at risk of getting chain-iced.

If I'm abing, stop and login pretty much right after on the same account suspicious?
I do this with the autoplayers as well.
