So I decided I would check my old emails and see if any of my old neopet accounts were on ones I could remember. Well a few of them were (of course they're b-day locked) but I noticed one says I have too many (5) accounts linked to one email yet when I send a password reset I get no email from neopets about it...any clues?

Tried this and it gave me two names (One of which isn't even a neopets account which is odd since I have never signed up for any other neopets thing). Any other ideas since there is supposedly 5. would frozen accounts stay on that list ?

(However for the record to was spelt correctly, but was used wrong)
