Yeah, I fell into that pattern with NC, like, oh, it's just $1-2 for this super cute little trinket for my pet... and the next thing I know, I've spent far far too much on NC.

I worked it out the other day,,, I'm not even that crazy into NC and I think I've got around 25000NC spent. That's a nice pair of shoes ;__;

I've never really been into NC since I'm an old-school Neopets player. I usually just stick to a background and tell myself my pets look beautiful.
Tbh, NC makes Neopets like Gaiaonline. lol

Haha that was my way before I came to codex and discovered the wonders of trading NP for NC cards

76500 on my main, another 10 or 20k on sides.
Mostly bought with nps, but probably quite a bit of cash gone into that too. Oh well! I'd have only spent it on other bad habbits if not NC

42750 on my current account but you could probably triple that with amounts I've spent on other, now frozen, accounts. I've also brought NC items from here and that wouldn't be included in the cost.

Pretty much every damned thing in the NC mall is either a) sparkly b) frilly c) a wig d) a dress or e) all of the above
I don't know about anyone else but I HATE having a female pet, I've never had one and I've never wanted one. I'm not sure why.
But hell, I mean I'm fine and dandy with girly things and there may be a few items I like, but they are seriously lacking in the neutral or male-esque types of clothing.
Not to mention everything looks fucking horrible on Grundos
