Oh sweet jesus, Toonami is returning on Adult Swim on the 26th.
It is a great day, a great day indeed.
If you do not know, Toonami was a block on cartoon network a few years back that would play the best of the best anime during the day, and was how I first discovered films such as "My Neighbor Totoro" and "Spirited Away"

Holy nostalgia. Too bad I watch no tv anymore/watch stuff online anyway.

I only watch tv shows on Hulu and Netflix, so... as cool as it is that Toonami is returning there isn't much that I can do to see these besides wait and cross my fingers that Hulu picks up at least some of the shows.

If it's on Adult Swim, they'd better get Panty and Stocking on there.

Also, this would be great if Canada got Cartoon Network at all.

Apparently Canada is getting CN, although I don't know if it will be the same thing or limited to what they can license.

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG

ORGASM ORGASM ORGASM ORGASM ORGASM

Screw Netflix. I got bored of it once I watched the good shows already.

It'd be nice to watch Toonami on my TV without hooking it up to my laptop

See that's the thing, I have a television but I get no channels. So I have to watch all my tv either on my 360 or on my laptop, so if it's not on Netflix or Hulu I pretty much miss out.

I love living in the UK without a tv license and cable!

Enjoy all those Toonamis guys~

I hope they bring back all of the good shows, none of this stupid 'happy happy fun time on no violence' island bull.

It's anime, and it'll be on Adult Swim, if they bring that crap around, everyone would complain.

FUCK YEAR

Btw, Tom has nice pecs but stick arms. He's like a reverse Popeye.

I'm so excited for this. My friend told me earlier today and I still can't stop thinking about this! YES.

Wow that is awesome!! Nostalgia time

One of the things I remember most about Toonami was Hamtaro. I bet if they put MLP: Friendship is Magic on Toonami back in the day, all of you would be bronies right now.

Well, I don't think everyone back then were huge hamster nuts.

Also, ponies are girly, who watches that? Yuck, cooties.

My thoughts exactly. Nostalgia because this is where I first watched DBZ, looong time ago when they hadn't even finished translating past some of the Freeza saga. Then I watched gundam wing. Then toonami made me go online and download and watch the DBZ and Gundam Wing series dubbed. I haven't watched TV since.

Man loved Toonami, do they make the robot guy talk now?

I loved toonami's expose on batman beyonds battle suit.

You're welcome. That series was pretty cool from what I remember as a kid

[Kway]

I was the one who recommended it

There is a triple space before the line so it could have been meant for you.

[Noitidart]

Oh no way! I thought it was kweh! Thanks toxic! Your recommendations turn out awesome (sometimes) so far the bestest one was definitely brotherly love and by far!!

Will Toonami air weekly are daily?

[iargue]

This version of Toonami does not have as much funding. The higher their ratings the higher their funding. If you want shows like pankty and stocking, more people have to watch to increase their funding!

Actually, from the way Funi is putting things, all we have to do is keep pestering AS to air it, I think the funding part has already been negotiated.

Toonami was my childhood. I'll be sure to tune into this when it comes on tonight.
