So my brother is unable to connect to Neocodex using his account. He had no trouble yesterday. We've tried signing in on my computer and his. No luck. Tried resetting his password, which didn't help either. It keeps saying wrong password/user combination. Even though it's obviously not since he just set his pass. Oh we also tried signing in with both his email and his username and that didn't help either.

I'll PM an admin his details if necessary.

If his display name is different than his account name, he needs to log in using the account name that he registered with, not the display name that we see on the forum.

Yes he is. He wiped his computer yesterday, so he doesn't remember the login. Could you send the one he needs to use to his e-mail? Or PM it to me? Whichever you'd prefer.
