Alright so I'm currently working on a way to get a free Riot Point code generator for League of Legends (yeah yeah, spare me the "dose won' work scamer baned n00b omg) and of course it takes me to a page where I need to complete a survey to unlock the download. The problem with this and every other time I've tried one of these is that once I complete the survey or download the garbage toolbar they want me to download, MY original download never unlocks. It just gets stuck at the 'waiting for offer completion' stage. Is there a way to fix this, or just simply a workaround for these dumb unlocks?

Yeah uhh those programs are just a scam to get them some survey fill ups.

I know, that's what I would normally think. But I mean usually these Youtube videos the comments are disabled, minimum views, 0-2 likes, a ton of dislikes, but this one there are plenty of comments where people are validating the generator, a load of likes, no dislikes. I don't know, it just seemed legitimate for once.

There is plenty of ways to get positive comments and loads of likes on youtube illegitimately...if it requires a survey its BS.
