So I have five accounts on my email that I need the passwords to, but although the bunny shows up saying 15 minutes, the email never comes. When I created a new account and tried to activate it, I got this in my neomail:

"A message sent to you at

@ymail.com was not delivered. The message from the other server is 'This email address has bounced in the past'. Check

http://www.neopets.com/faq.phtml

to find out what you can do to fix the problem."

I have no idea what it means by bounced. I checked all my folders to.

Happened to me with AOL mail, switched to gmail and now they don't bounce anymore. I contacted AOL about it, it seems it's a problem with neopets and their servers as AOL told me that the problem was on the neo end. Bounced means, it didn't get to your email and was returned to the neo email server.

So my neo accounts on that email are no longer usable since they won't be emailed and I can't remember the passwords?

If you were trying to get your accounts back (if they were frozen) you're out of luck if you don't have access to the email, have no info to prove the account was yours, and can't remember the password. I suppose you could put in a ticket to TNT about it, and see if they can send you the password to a new email address...

Can you not file a ticket about them?

No, I believe the email and the password issues are seperate. Just send in a ticket to TNT telling them that the email bounced and you want to change the email associated with the account, and they'll manually help you. It's what they did for me; so most of the correspondence went through support email instead of automated mails.

This happened to me last year too. I was trying to retrieve my pin but I kept receiving that exact same message in my neomail. In the end I submitted a ticket to retrieve my pin and also alerted TNT of my problems with the email. My email issues have been fixed since.

This happened to me on the first day of the AC cup when I was trying to retrieve an old account I had.

I ended up receiving the email only 3 days later. Their servers must have been too busy to handle the request I guess. Heh.

The only solution is to send a ticket and wait...

If TNT takes forever to respond, rebuilding on a new account with a new email is another option.
